*EASY PACK/PL+ packages sold exclusively in Mexico. Payment in a single exhibition. Service hours with no expiration date. Hours purchased for labor, not including parts. The duration of the hours of the PL+ packages will depend on their use (normal hours, overtime, weekends, one engineer or two engineers, etc.). Travel and per diem can be paid through your plan hours. All services after the PL+ billing date can be deducted from the hours package. HEMAQ reserves the right to manage the amount used, available balance and invoices pending payment. In case you need to consult them, just ask the coordinator of the corresponding service department, who will send a detail of all the services performed within that plan. Each plan includes a bonus in labor hours that HEMAQ grants free of charge, which varies according to the Plan purchased.

**Extended Labor Warranty with a term of 1 year. HEMAQ will provide labor for the repair of the covered OKUMA brand equipment in case of a malfunction and provided that the defects are reported at the time they are detected and within the duration of the contracted Extended Labor Warranty. This service does not include parts or spare parts necessary for the repair.

We use Precision Tools with DC3 Certification such as granite squares, Megger ohmmeters, oscilloscopes, Ballbar QC20 Test, Test-bar, dynamometers and precision levels.
